Where Were You?
You were all sweet and persistence to me
You gave me the world to have me
You pursued me relentlessly
Well I said yes finally
I trusted you for your commitment
I thought I owned you completely
You know me as a perfectionist
I gave you my heart willingly
Everything else seems to be your priority
Now, I am never the first in your mind
Everyone tells me I am just a minority
Now, I realized I am silly to be kind
Where were you when I needed you
Where were you when I am alone
Where were you when I call you
Why were you my first and we are done!
