Whispers Of The Hearts Poem by Jayita Bhattacharjee

Whispers Of The Hearts

Winds that carry the melody of leaves.
Rain that drips from the mouth of heaven to our lips.
Sun that peeks, the jewel of morn,
In its dazzles, my eyes behold the splashes of gold.
Flooding the heart to wake in hopes and dreams.
And I rise in the beginning of a new era..an era of light.

The connection, is immediate.
The beautiful entanglement.
Knowing love comes in shades of beauty and pain.

The tender touch, yet a fierce stab.
Makes the roses and thorns.
How agony and ecstasy are rolled into one.
Painful is the delight that unfolds.
For the years that slowly unwind.
And the lyrics are born from the madness of our hearts.
As, enchantment drips from the deepest of deeps.
The verses are born in the soul of all souls.
