Who I Really Am Poem by McKenzie Mickey

Who I Really Am

You only see the outside,
The way I dress,
How I look.

You don't know me,
For who I really am,
If only you could see.

The girl who reads,
Likes to write,
Paint and draw.

If only you could see me,
For who I really am,
The girl that wants to be loved.

I'm different from everyone,
I love to have fun,
Ride bikes and walk my dog.

You don't hear my thoughts,
Or my cries of pain.
Bouncing around in my head.

BUllied by the guys,
Come to my rescue,
Kee them away from me.
