Who Ordained You God? Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

Who Ordained You God?

Rating: 5.0

Who Ordained You as God?
Don't point your crooked finger at me
and allude to sanctity
I find your allusion hipocracy
Because you're not the God who created me
and hears my prayers privately, silently
God is alive to me, my very source of serentiy
The only who sees the entire body of my life to judge me
So don't point your sanctimonious finger at me
Live and let live and let it be
Don't cast a biblical stone at me
You're no prophet as far as I can see
My life is much more than the few shared words you see
Let he who is without sin raise the first eybrow
You're not God, You're not he
Though you see it differently
