We had such a great love
We fit together better than a glove
Whatever way we cuddled
We were both happy, secure and snuggled
Then it all went sour
And bitterness formed tenfold by the hour
So I hung around to make things right
But am constantly losing the fight
It all hurts so very much
I so miss your touch
And every negative thing you say
Cuts me deeply in every single way
I guess I am just a fool
To still be in love with you
