why am i crying?
i know that you love me
i know you'd not hurt me
and yet my tears fall.

a great pain of sadness, of grief
has stolen my once love filled heart
a great fear and angry
has woken in my soul.

why this disterbance?
why this torment that scrapes at my heart?
why this bleeding that keep me wake
this night?

it is because of a love i once felt from you
that can not be felt any longer
i feel the spark we once had fizzle and die
each time we kiss.
no more will it light, no more.
