Why Didst Thou Do It? Poem by MBJ Pancras

Why Didst Thou Do It?

'Where art thou now surviving? '
Away from Jesus Christ, shrouded with filth.
Why hast thou chosen the broad way?
Knew ye not that leads to darkness?
Thou art My child; but thou turned away.
Did thy mother sell you to someone?
Did she do her bound duty or chase thee?
I AM Righteous; yet full of Love in My Son,
Thy smiles flash across Me;
but they're all tears,
Innocence in thee hath left thee,
and cries before Me,
Thou hast chosen the way of the world,
And the ruler of this world is Satan,
Thou mayst say: 'I've the right.'
But, thy thoughts are not Mine,
I watched thee on the day of thy bond,
And thou wert shrouded with incense smoke:
It was the smoke emitted from the chasm,
I designed thee in beauty;
But thou hast smeared thyself with mud,
Thy name speaks glory, for thy name is 'mahima'.
Thou art not innocent, but ignorant,
Wilt thou curse thy mother or thyself?
I know thy mother hath not fed thee Truth.
Wilt thou look at Me again with thy new man?
My Grace and Mercy are always for thee;
But thou must come unto Me to enter Life,
If not, thou shalt become a child of Darkness,
And never to repent after thy departure,
And this world is passing away to nothing.
Look at My Son's bruises for thee,
And His Blood cleanses all thy sins, if thou repent,
Time is too short to decide to return unto Me.
