Bury them in prisons
Without possibility of
Ever again seeing the
Light of a new day.
Give new meaning to
'Death Row' by making
It 'If you bring death to
Another by your actions
Then you have a self-made
Long 'death row' to hoe
In the dark, with others
Just as lifeless as you, while
The one you 'done in' is
Forever free of human bondage
And you are in it until God
Thinks 'Enough, exhale, come
Here to me and listen to the
Cost of karma heaped upon
Your soul - spirit disconnect
While learning nothing and
Creating your own 'Hell'.'
No doubt God will 'discuss' the
Lessons learned in lockup, but
The comeuppance of 'Thou shall
Not kill' are far more eternalized
Than could be imagined. If you do
The crime of life-taking, no way
Can you imagine the physical
And spiritual effects of doing
‘The time' - now and then.
