WHY SOUL IS SAD TODAY

My loneliness expresses her anguishto my memories
Don't you know how lonely I am without you

I very often go and wouldsit on thesea shore
Often indulge insoliloquy with waves dashing at my feet

Manya time while lost in thought, I would slip over stones on the path.
There a comes voice, ho man! Be attentive while walking

What wonder, even the stones lying on the path are concerned
Whereas we men have least concerned forfellow human beings

Many a times I have experienced hopes turning into frustrations
Watched with helplessness, patience and silence as bystander

At times lost in past memories while alone
Findherreflectionwherever I look when alone

This unspeakable sadness and melancholy not without reasons
Reasonsnot known to self, still soul has a feelingof gloom

What to talk ofmy sense of ecstasy and absent mindedness
When Ilook into mirror, I find reflection my love!
