Windmill. Poem by Peter Vealey

Windmill.

Blow, wind, blow.
Turns wheel, heavily slow.
Like a spoon, deep in treacle,
Just like time turned crazy.
Blow wind, blow.
Like a drugged, death life,
Like something happening,
Beyond your control,
Like pieces never fitting.
Blow, wind blow.
Make the time go,
Still the world turns around
Tomorrow (in sorrow) .
Windmill.
Watching over the
Countryside.
The rain won`t come
Till the trees come alive again
Survival only a man(s) word.
Blow, wind, blow easy.
Blow wild.
Nothing to stop you,
It`s only the sands of time
Falling,
Blow, wind blow.
