Winter Poem by Amanda May Moore

Winter

Winter

I feel it when we're apart,
a cold wind has blown through
my heart, a hard time in the start
but now there is sight of spring in view.
The frost may melt away,
bringing back the color that was left at home
so that I needn't stay so grey
but full of your life, no longer alone or unknown.
