Light Of New Life Poem by Amanda May Moore

Light Of New Life

Rating: 5.0

Stop. Stop now.
Stop worrying about failures,
Distance, and scents that give no
Direction.
The journey is long and our
strength must endure
our Faith is strong.

Walk into each day with new life.
Christ is here! I can feel Him near.
Oh so near. Soon you shall hear
stories of His coming, stories of
the witnesses: Christ is born!

Go. Go now.
The day is coming, of He
who shall reign. I am screaming
and I feel as though the worries of
the world continue to cry. and so I talk and
am involved in thought and plummet deep.
and so I walk with the Bearer of Light and as I
walk in this thought I see the truth beneath.

God has given us Life! What an amazing
Blessing that is unto us. Every day I sit
in marvelous awe, of the Light brought
to us from such a caring Father.

Light. The light that gave way
for the travelers that weary night.
Light. The light given to us that
takes our pains and bears it for us.
Light! What a beautiful and wondrous
sight that we must hold up through the year.

Carry this light of New Life and live
the life He has given you! No matter
how many mountains you must conquer,
how many times you must walk through the flames,
how many people challenge you with death
each day... Remember to say you love the ones
you love and call the ones you care and smile
to all that cross your road: Because of the Light
and Love of Christ in your Heart you behold;
An extraordinary gift more luminous than gold.
(and think of all the ppl that have yet to be told!)

Even thought this poem doesn't really have a structural pattern, the words roll out of the mouth like pebbles down a slope. It's great to read a poem like this out loud. And the message is truly beautiful, isn't it? Lovely, thanks.
