Winter Love Poem by Darren Crozier

Winter Love

I look into your eyes,
I'm blinded they're so bright,
Your soul consumes me,
I'm bathing in the light.

The winter means nothing,
I see you in the dark,
You illuminate my world,
Your eyes create a spark.

So don't ever feel down this winter time of year,
Let your inner light awaken you,
And know that I am near.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
An ode to the one I love who finds the darkness of the winter mornings quite down-heartening.
