Let's spread calming words of hope, show devotion's joy!
Refraining from dark thoughts dismal views, the battle toys!

But to alleviate pain, lessen futile confrontations!
Ease the tensions, sooth where deprivations!

And generously share that bright inner lit
That good heart your smiling in love and wit..

Let your eager mind, the gentle soul fill in with colour!
Let's change this life for better one - with honour!
