With A Common Purpose Poem by John McCornack

With A Common Purpose

Rating: 5.0

Once upon a time in a far away land a few years past
When all the Scottish Churches were expected to last
Where God and all His people were expected to prevail
With a common purpose in life they all expected to sail

But some ended up in Apache though strange it is true
With plans they got together and started to build a new
Soon a town filled with many Churches and before long
It proved a life with a common purpose is never wrong
