With My Boxcutter, Slowly, So Slowly

Rating: 4.5

I rock
Slowly, so slowly

I look to the arms which aren't mine anymroe
And I blink at them
Slowly, so slowly

I hope these wounds will scar that way I can never forget
I remember
Slowly, so slowly

Tears fall onto my laps
Arms at my side
The Blood is rushing
And my heart starts to beat
And the pressure starts to relieve me
Slowly, so slowly

I clean up
My arms still the way they are
I cover them up
No bandages
Jewelery, it's more fashionable
I put them on
Slowly, so slowly

The smiles and hugs feel good
But that blade
There's no other
And I'm ashamed to admit
Guess I'll go cut to that as well
But each cut will be done
Slowly, so slowly
