In darkest hours, when hope eludes my grasp,
Your love, a beacon in the shadow's shroud,
It breathes new life, dispels the chilling gasp,
And whispers solace in the tempest loud.

When doubts besiege, and faith begins to wane,
Your love, a fortress, sturdy, strong, and true,
It shields my spirit from despair's refrain,
And guides me through the trials I must rue.

Though storms may rage and winds of change may blow,
Your love, an anchor in the raging sea,
It steadies me when currents seek to throw
My fragile vessel into destiny.

So in the depths of night, when all seems dire,
With your love in my heart, I dare aspire.
