Withered Love Poem by Jamina Tevilili

Withered Love

Allurity is, but your nature
Neck long build with broad shoulders
Outing my eyes on you, but
Naked was the emptiness in your eyes
Your heart was wheeling, while
Mine sought your counsel
Ostentation concerted but failed your eyes
Unbridled is the secret lust
So sharp and dangerous the pleasure
Lurk drived me without confidence
O that my thoughts scattered
Verbalizing my emotions in dreams only, I'm
Enchanted by your pretentious perceptions
Robbing my heart in vain I'll mourn....
