Without Reason
They came to listen but
He could not tell
Yet silently remembers
How to forget
Where there is no reason
How he can sit
And reason out
He was ready to listen
But they did not tell
Why they opposed
There was no dark or doubt
The light was in his hand
Yet they refused
There is no reason
How he can sit
And reason out
Yet he leads
Without words
When he silently forgives
