without word
you left for a far off land
...without a plan...you left...i waited and cried for you
what were you going to do?
when the news hit the front page
...thy heart shipwrecked...to the bottom of the sea
without word

searching the world over
finding no trace
...honey where are you hiding your beautiful face?
i will make you the center of my world
and maybe be happy for awhile
wherever you are in that far off land
...i am with you
...i am with you
we will meet again
i know we will meet again
