Without You Poem by Jessie Mahoney Bathis

Without You

WITHOUT YOU

Sooner or later I’ll find my place
Amongst the lost
Amongst the found
Amongst the troublesome
Amongst the renound
Where do I belong?
I am not sure
Where am I going?
What am I living for?
So many questions
So little time
When is it ok to speak?
Your turn or mine?
In search of what to say
Where to go
What to do
Where do I belong?
If there is no you
You don't seem to mind
Nor do you care
I do not understand why
Are you there?
Can you hear me?
Do you see what you do?
How could you leave me?
Lost and alone
Drowning in self pity
How pathetic I’ve become
Disappear
Wishing for the pain to be undone
Forget you
Regret you
Still wondering where, when, why
Without you
