Without You Poem by Safiyyah Manjra

Without You

Thoughts of you long for your presence.
In absence,
You are missed.
And these lonely nights don't do justice.

What can I name your anger?
For with it, laughter is in drought.
Happiness is forgotten.
Sadness is summoned.

Will you forgive me for my idleness?
For you, I can only miss.

My right to love has been taken.
In your memories, I hope my love isn't forgotten.
