Witness and experience
Witness and experience are related
Apparently opposite like the critic in the stand and player in the court
Plunging in the vortex of searing experience of a burning fort
And yet a part of you is a sear non-entangled and unrelated

If you combine witnessing with total experiencing
Your awareness is awake while everything else is rattling and crumbling
Meditation can be in physical still silence or frenzied battle
Total experience with an axis of awareness gives you a cathartic cleansing

You can drive or run at a maddening pace
Go through life's crazy hurdle race
Accept and live fully moment to moment yet with a cool presence
Complement witness with experiencer and any knotted situation you can face.
