Woke up to see light today,
Lucky to find the sun display.
Feeling ecstatic, alive and free,
Under the sky, in its dance and spree.
First it was Moon, then it was Sun,
Each at the two ends of the day begun—
Hiding away, leaving me waiting,
For the next night and day, anticipating.
To see their glow, like a child desiring,
Innocently hoping, ever aspiring—
If only there were no shift in time,
No turning of day and night in rhyme.
Leaving both moon and sun in the sky,
For me to gaze, under their radiance high.
Radiant moments, when all feels so right,
When everything is perfect in the light.
The divine light hovers, an eternal presence,
I must see this light to know there's no absence.
There is no night, no illusion of day,
Only the truth, where the shadows stray.
No hindrances, full reign, divine light is all,
It does as it pleases, we stand in awe.
Frozen, just staring, in silence we freeze,
For the divine does as it pleases with ease.
