Won't You Be My Moon Goddess? Poem by Eric Nelson Manley Shelman

Won't You Be My Moon Goddess?

Won't you be my Moon Goddess?
Won't you be my keeper, and controller of the tides?
Won't you be my keeper, and controller of Night?
Won't you be my keeper, and ultimate time calculator, and mathmathic deriver?
Won't you be my smoother during eclipses?
Won't you devour me at Night time?
Won't you be my Luna?
Won't you make me go insane during your full moon phase?
Won't you be my shadow during theDay?
Won't you be my replacer, and reigner of my throne, during Night?
Won't you be my lover?
I will be your lover, like the sun god, and the moon goddess, have been lovers since the beginning of time!
