Words From His Heart Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Words From His Heart

I flew like a bird
to be where you are
spending one or two days
in country afar.

And with romantc music
and glasses of wine
never was true love
quite so divine.

But soon I must leave
travel back to my home
our last dance is over
alone I must roam.

Hush! skies have turned blue
for you're coming home too
a slight change of mind
Oh! the magic of you!

Angels are calling
it's love on the wing
never has charm and beauty
made my humble heart sing.
