World - A Trade Centre Poem by Bireswar Halder

World - A Trade Centre

Finally, all your shopping is over,
And get ready for return sooner,
For your home where from came,
After having all bargaining game.

All the way, now you are to walk
Nobody is around you even to talk.
Carrying all good and bad deal,
Made while you were in zeal.

Friend, open the shopping container,
Before starting for final departure.
Look what acquired - all genuine?
Or you are cheated to make ruin?

Think deeply what for you came,
What you did - make you shame?
If you feel repentant for the undone
With tearful eyes, pray for pardon.
