World's Impression, Setting Out Early Poem by james watkin

World's Impression, Setting Out Early

First claimed by me, this jewel.
Dawn's spangled, formed anew.
Held back, for now; that of Man's crude
Sounding touch; spoils the view.

With its hour, impending
Will need to accept, I
Its value will degrade; what for
Beauty at peace doth lie.
