Would you take my hand
Would you walk by my side
Would you smile that smile
Because love has given you pride

Would you take my hand
No matter how tough love may get
And promise me my dear
That you will never quit

Would you take my hand
Though I may be poor
Can we walk in the sand
Along loves golden seashore

Would you take my hand
And love me until the end
Because I know I can
For I truely love you my friend

Would you take my hand
As through the woods we walk
Down a lovers long trail
Of love and life we talk

Would you take my hand
Would you put on that pretty smile
Would you take that chance
And walk with me down that aisle
