Wrath. Poem by Anna Andio

Wrath.

She looked upon his face with disgust,
Staring at his eyes which were filled with lust.
His claws happened to be at her thighs,
And as he gazed at her, she could feel his eyes.
Her arms were chained above her,
Making her scream, and his feelings stir.
Shrieks and bellows filled the air,
Making him shudder with care.
Giving into her agonized cries,
Begging to remove her ties.
When he finally let her loose,
She fell there, the situation seeming to muse.
Her flickering eyes shot up to his own,
Before glancing at wear his heart was sewn.
Without her usual pause,
She jumped at him with extended claws.
Her aggression made him falter,
Grabbing at her already-torn halter.
Fingers-or claws-bit into his skin.
And she cut all the way to his sin.
Tearing out his blackened heart,
His eyes were riveted to the part.
And he knew he courted the angel's wrath,
When he'd took her away from her fated task.
