Wrong Can Never Be A Right Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Wrong Can Never Be A Right

While everyone has a right
Not everything can be done
For that will darken moral light
Of rules and laws there will be none.

While everyone can be free
Respect for others are always due
Freedom has a responsibility
We cannot do all we want, that's true.

Rapists and murderers can be free
It's their life to do what they want
The same thing with homosexuality -
It's against our laws, so you can't.

Whatever is wrong cannot be a 'right'
And the moral issue is this:
Of God's Law we must never ever lose sight
When He says it is wrong - it is.

@Thabang Senosha - I do not write to give people ideas to engage in debates because this is not the proper forum for debates and discussion. We have yahoo and twitter sites for that kind of writing - we write poetry here and whether a reader agrees or not with the stuff we write - that's his freedom of choice. I do not write to impose my ideas on people because I know each man has enough intelligence to decide for himself what he will absorb and what he will reject. I have the right to write poetry with my views in it that same ways that others may also write their views.
