Wrong Love Poem by Abdul-Qadir Abdul-Mumin

Wrong Love

Rating: 5.0

I put my face in my cupped hands, then I rest my elbows on my knees
Thinking if you were created or you created yourself
I finally agreed that you were created just like everyone else
Can I ask myself; did he give you beauty and took away your good habits?
Externally a goddess, internally something else
Something I find right and wrong at the same time
Watching you smile is like watching the moon rise in the middle of the day
I compare your anger to magma erupting from a snowman
Loving you sometimes looks wrong
But I love this kind of wrong
I learnt sometimes it is good to be bad
I'm in love with both your good and bad
I've fallen for a girl with double lives
It could be right or wrong
It is totally right if my heart is concerned
