Years Tell The Story Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Years Tell The Story

I am strolling in the sunshine with my darling
It is Maytime and the birds fly round the bay
The young man at my side is ever smiling
For I'm the Bride who stole his heart away.

With tenor voice he sings his song beguiling
Spellbound am I, true love is here to stay.
Heaven will abide ~ with no turning of the tide
For he's the Groom who stole my heart away.
