Yes, Poem by DeAndre Hebert

Yes,

You may see me sitting here
But do you really see me sitting there?
Who are you seeing; dear?
With a vision so demeaning; where,
Living lacks a needing; prayers,
Just to get me through the evening
Fair; You think you're better than me
We're all squares
So why treat me differently?
Farewell; Take care...
I see I'm not needed here
