You are what I've been searching for my entire life
the one person who turns all my wrongs into right
and I just could resist you, even if I used all of my might
So I must give into what my heart feels, because there's no use to fight
You are always there for me, time and time again
blood is thicker than water, and you are the blood inside my veins
to me you are the sun that dries up all the rain,
and you are always there to comfort me, bringing the joy out of my pain
When you touch me, you warm the very depths of my soul
so that when I hold you and I never feel the need to let go
It brings me tears, the thought of how I could love you so
like adding fuel to a fire, my love continues to grow
I won't stop until I have all of you mind, body, and spirit
You add another chapter to my life, which makes me want to live it
A piece of the puzzle was missing, and you were the perfect fit
and no matter anyone's opinion, to me you are the perfect gift
