I look at you within an arm's reach,
your shimmering olive skin glows.
The raven tresses they dance with life,
honey brown eyes cast a soothing shadow.
You are lithe and slender, delicate like a vine.
Yet I look past you, at her;
Fair skin, with pale hair on fire.
Bewitching hazel eyes seeking; beyond strangers like me,
flaring hips like a rock amidst foaming sea.
Driven by madness cloaked in adventure,
I seek the tempest to your placid lake shores.
