You are known
as the point
round which
all the curves go;
All the lines
proceed from you;
After all
a line is a point
extended,
a ray!
There are hints of You
in mathematics,
All the alphabets
are different shapes
of a line,
As in geometry we see:
Angles, squares, rectangles,
rhombus, parallelograms etc.,
We build You in different shapes...
...that explain to us just a little
of You;
You are indefinable! ! !
You are inscrutable! ! !
