You are the beauty of how God describes love
You take me with you when we’re apart
And let me float away when we are together
You take me into the place I’ve never been
Make me feel things I always feared to
Now I know you only love once and never again shall it be the same
Your sweet gentleness fills the space in between us
Somehow you manage to keep this heart of mine loving you
You slowly turn each of my fantasies into a reality;
I may be going thorough a tough day
Go to bed with a weary heart and troubled spirit
But everyday I wake up knowing there’s some perfection in this life
I think of what we have and I know how much of a privilege I have
Your love for me makes me love life
The tenderness you bring to my heart makes me whole
The warmth I find in your heart is home to me
I love that you speak to me only words that are needed
And embrace me with your silence when there’s nothing more to say…
