You Call Me Poem by Bryan Alexander

You Call Me

and your voice
is bounced off a satellite
in outer space
and beamed to my phone

when it rings
& comes alive
its a mystical thing

that in this space age time
I can still commit the crime

hanging myself
over telephone lines
every time you call
and my cellphone chimes
