You Have Never Felt This Way Before

What is a girl to do when love leaves?
When it slams the door in her face,
And leaves no windows for her to escape from?
Can this girl ever be free from hurt again?
Can that girl ever feel beautiful again?
Can she ever feel strong after what happened?
Can she ever go a day without having,
the fears of having her heart get broken again?
Can she really believe a lie another guy will tell her?
Or should she say forget you and walk away?
Nothing can compare to the hurt that she feels.
She will never be the same unless, you help.
For nothing more than the love that
you can give her will help.
She needs to be held and told that she is not pretty,
but she is beautiful.
She needs someone to tell her
that he will not lie anymore.
She needs someone to help her see
that fairy tales do happen and
will happen to her one day.
She needs a boy to show her that she can’t
shut the door on love cause
someone new will just come knocking again.
She needs someone to help her see that she
no longer has to fear, fear.
That fear itself is nothing but a simple thing
that is here to scare us back
into hiding and keep us there.
So next time you want to run and hide
think of this girl who is now happy,
and is no longer afraid of fear.
She will run from nothing and will fight for
what she loves.
Her door is now closed,
but now she is not alone.
