Darkness descends upon me
i catch a glance of your shadow
i turn and see
not you but me
my shadow is lurking behind me
where is he?
i ask it
it just laughs
someday i'll understand that laugh
now i don't understand anything
except you're gone
that won't change
but i'll love you forever
