You Reveal Yourself Poem by Mohammad Younus

You Reveal Yourself

You reveal yourself,
Yes, You love to reveal yourself.
Through every eye of your creation,
whether in heavens or the earth,
You love your beauty as you manifest,
in new and newer design.
Nothing can veil your beauty; I mean it,
You are the most beautiful,
you love your own beauty to reveal.

I don't need to ascend the heavens,
Or wander across the vast realms of the earth—
For I seek you where my heart plunges deep,
Beyond the reach of sight or sound,
Where silent whispers of my soul call out,
As long as my heart beats and my lungs breathe.

I love to see you in and out of Me,
In my best and worst days,
For it is you in me, mad in your love.
For what is life if there's no divine love?
Hold my hand, and let me discover
your beauty is revealed in me too,
for you are my essence true.
