you do not decide
yes, it is them who will forget you
as they too will be
in return forgotten even if not
forgiven.

all shall pass
and this includes as easily
as a wind that passes
a patch of grass
and a clump of cloud
the numb cliffs and the
ever silent sands
of time
that even shall not bear
witness
of you, once being here.

even your poetry shall disown
you
your love cannot survive
you scent becomes the scent of
nothingness
your bones simply dust
that having settled everywhere
cannot refer to any
name.
