You Tell Me - Poem by lissette Cires

You tell me how a childhood feels like
You tell me how being teen feels like
You tell me how does being unwanted and unloved feel like
You tell me how does it feel to be emotionally and physically abused
You tell me how does it feel like to be look at with sorrow, because you were pregnant at 14
You tell me how it feels to be alone in the world
You tell me how it feels to have, everyone you cared and loved turn their backs on you
You tell me how it feels to live with strangers at 7 years old
You tell me how it feels to feel guilty about things you know you haven't done
You tell me how it feels to cry every night because you don't know where your life went
You tell me how it feels to be ignored
You tell me how does the love of a mother feels, i sure don't
You tell me what goosebumps of a mothers hug feel like: /
You tell me how it feels to be so insecure, no confidence and have no trust in no one
You tell me how scary it is to have a baby call you 'mommy' at 17
You tell me how it feels like to be choked-up, and have no one around to help you
You tell me HOW DID I GO THROUGH ALL THIS IN LIFE AND STILL BE THIS STRONG....
