Your Eyes - Poem by Neyri Castaneda

Your eyes look at me every day
I feel that hate that u carry
That look took me apart,
u cut me open like no other has
For every look that u face upon me you bring pain
Memories of everything you’ve put me through
I turn crazy,
this emptiness that will never be filled
U can walk by,
and never ask how I am
Even though I should already know,
that u don’t care
I try and give u that look 2 but I fail
Even though u hate,
I still love u
And that cuts me open more than anything
So I let you walk away,
u stop and turn and give me those selfish eyes
Why do you do this,
your look makes me get a knife and just slit my throat
Your everything that I love and everything that I hate..
