Your Love Is (Louder Than Bombs) Poem by Justin Gildow

Your Love Is (Louder Than Bombs)

Rating: 5.0

There's so much unrest in this
city
Everywhere you look
Everywhere you go

It doesn't look good
What a pity
About this city

Yet, through my trials and
tribulations in the city
I always come home
I always come home to you

Let me say this, my dear
I thank my lucky stars for
you

Your love is nice
Your love is gorgeous
Your love is sweet
Your love is wonderful
Your love is pleasant
Your love is beautiful

I need you
I need your love
I need you in my life
You're a miracle to me
Sent from above

Outside
In the neighborhood
Many sounds and noises are
being made

We try to ignore them
Ignore them the best way
we can

However
It's difficult
Because outside
It sounds louder than bombs

Louder than bombs
It may sound like, outside
Yet, your love is a healer
Healing me
Healing you
Healing our lives
From the rest of the world
