you have planted your hands
inside my rib cage like roots
you touch every corner of my life
nothing is kept from you
my secrets fall like
gravity into your ears
my thoughts leave me
compelled by your questions
my nakedness is exposed effortlessly
anytime you behold me
your love has exquisitely devoured me
