Your Story Poem by Claude Simpson

Your Story

Writing on the blank slate of life:

Thoughts of story, streaming empty;
Reservoir overflowing, to its entirety;
Unstructured theme creates the scene;
Memory outpouring, sweeping clean.

Tedious work, much insomnia;
Story plot, uncanny utopia;
Making sense in numerous ways;
Blank illuminating, in deco of grays.

Unwritten story, in every action;
Certain details, in the caption;
Setting themes of likely display;
Done for good, on a chosen day.

Applied measures, capture time;
Unreasonable output, system decline;
Projected focus, clear to mention;
Deeds of goodness with true intention.

True or unworthy, unwritten story;
Pen it right, getting the glory;
Gift of life, the platform of scenes;
Ups and downs, still your dreams.
