Daily Routine

Exercise is good for the body
So let’s get started and dismiss the lethargy.
For many of us we can’t be bothered with the routine;
Keeping up the practice may become daunting.

You may find it hard to do and do otherwise
But be smart and be wise and do your exercise.

Fed Up With D'system

We feel....the pain of corruption,
The heartache, fear and somberness;

Restricted like a spiral loom;
Once fair, honest and uncorrupted;
Now pinned and deemed for doom.
