Sea storm season is over,
those storms that attack the rocks
with the vehemence of a hurricane,
when they whip up the waves
lifting the foam
until it touches the sky.
It's no longer the season
of the sea at full gallop
that overcomes all the obstacles
riding whip and spur
challenging the sails
with the fury of the wind.
The time for sea storms
is already over.
I will wait for the sunset
on the shore of a lake
and with dream-filled eyes
I will watch the stormy sea
from afar.
